A traditional fifties center hall colonial was completely renovated inside and out with a fresh contemporary, coastal vibe. An entryway addition moved the main entrace from the center to the side. This modest addition entry provided a space on the second floor for a study. Two extensions on second floor allowed for additional bedroom space with expansive water views. New landscaping includes native New Jersey plants. The backyard has a lap pool with mutiple patios and decks. A variety of custom french doors, arched casements, and double hung windows take advantage of wrap around water views and sunlight. A new gable roof was angled at just the right incline to allow for the addition of solar panels. The interior has many custom features making each space fun and unique.
